Firstly you have to register in thi site zbigz.com
now login to your account and paste the link of the torrent
which looks like http://torcache.net/torrent/1Ac9EDGDS7698DSKGDKJ8.torrent
now click on the get button present there
You will see all the torrent files that are present in that torrent . The torrent gets catched
Now all the files that are present in that torrent file will be
available to download just click on any of the file that you want to download
and IDM window will popup.
